Signs Of The End Times?
Et tunc parebit signum Filii hominis in caelo, et tunc plangent omnes tribus terrae et videbunt Filium hominis venientem in nubibus caeli cum virtute et gloria multa. (Matthew 24:30)
Dr. Michael Youssef gives his perspective in OneNewsNow, that the turmoil in most Middle Eastern countries does not point to any future hope for peace.
Tunisia's President had to escape to Saudi Arabia under the cover of darkness.
In Lebanon the regime of Saad Hariri collapsed and a pro-Hezbollah Prime Minister was appointed in his place.
In Egypt hundreds of thousands Egyptians poured into the streets, protesting and rioting in their effort to terminate with immediate effect the 30-year-long rule of autocratic President Hosni Mubarak.
In Jordan, Muslim brotherhoods are calling for a national strike.
The very day protests began in Egypt, Israel’s new chief of Military Intelligence, Major-General Aviv Kochavi’s assessment was that Mubarak’s regime was not under threat.
All of this does not bode well for Israel's immediate future.
The 1979 Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty has worked to maintain a state of quiet along their common border.
Now the fear is that when Mubarak is taken down, that peace treaty will be swept away.
Unfortunately, that is exactly what will happen.
The Antichrist will strengthen his military position in Palestine and defeat other countries, and the land of Egypt will not escape, but will be utterly plundered, according to Daniel 11:42 - 43.
The other week the Prophet Elijah the Tishbite was turned away from Israel's eastern border.
Then I knew things would start to move further in the region.
Will not our Almighty Lord God prepare the way for His Prophets and have the Temple in Jerusalem built?
The harder the nations stand against Israel, the harder they will be crushed by Israel.
And the harder the Israelites stand against God and His Prophets, the harder God will crush the Israelites.
But what is the difference between facing an angry God or an angry Israelite?
"Et dabo duobus testibus meis, et prophetabunt diebus mille ducentis sexaginta amicti saccis", Revelation 11:3.
