Egypt Oil Spill Threatens Red Sea Marine Life

Omnis anima vivens mortua est, quae est in mari. (Revelation 16:3)

Yahoo! News reports an oil spill off the Egyptian Red Sea coast of Hurghada threatens to damage marine life in the area.

Large quantities of oil have appeared in recent days around the resorts of Hurghada which draw millions of tourists.

The spill was caused by leakage from an offshore oil platform north of Hurghada and has polluted protected areas and showed up on tourist beach resorts.

A couple of weeks ago I wrote oil spills in the North Sea recently tripled.

Some people fear the coming Draconid 2011 meteor shower.

"And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent", see Revelation 16:21.

But I still belive our biggest challenge is the rapid expansion of our planet.

The seafloor is nowhere older than 70 million years.

What happens right now is that the whole Earth is starting to expand again at an alarming rate.

Nobody knows how fast or how much the Earth will expand.

Will the Earth expand just a little bit?

Or will our planet suddenly become ten times bigger than presently?

What seems to be clear is that all seafloors are giving way and collapsing.

Eventually this will lead to global oil leaks which could kill all sealife.

The situation is critical.

Without oil and cheap energy, modern society is doomed.

What happens now with the seafloor will also happen on land.

What will we do when roads, railroads, and bridges collapses on our unstable planet?

Will any city be left?

"And the cities of the nations fell", see Revelation 16:19.

"Et omnis insula fugit, et montes non sunt inventi", Revelation 16:20.
